Operation: Love ReUnited & RSoutherland Photography

I've been blessed lately with the opportunity of working with two wonderful photographers.  One of them, Rachel Southerland, of RSphotography is new to the area and found the bunch on Etsy through our 11 Months of Onesies Sets. She had just had an adorable son, Evan and wanted to buy onesies for him for each of his first 11 months to take photos with.  She lives in Issaquah now!  We got to talking while she was placing her order, and now I am getting to work on a few wonderful projects with her.

This weekend she is having a 4 month old sweety in her studio for a photo-shoot with her Daddy.  He's in the Navy and is getting ready to deploy.  Rachel participates in a program called Operation: Love ReUnited.   Please take a look at their website, but to give you a brief summery: Rachel does a photo-shoot FOR FREE for a family that is getting ready to have a parent deploy.  She then gives the deploying parent an album of the photos to take with them on their deployment.  How special is that?!  Well, Rachel asked me if I could make her a tutu for her photo-shoot this weekend, and I was honored to participate!  Look how it turned out!!!

As you can see, I got a little carried away and made a matching headband!

I will make sure I post some photos of the little cutie wearing this outfit with her Daddy for you all to enjoy!

As I said, Rachel is new to the area- and trying to build her clientele in the Seattle Area.  If you know of anyone pregnant, or looking for a child photographer- she would love it if you'd spread the word!  Here is a special offer for you and your friends!

A question to ponder:

There are still MANY men and women serving our country, have you reached out to say thank you, or participated in some way in letting them know you appreciate their service?  If you haven't please think about what you can do, they need our support!

Have a great day!
